Refund Policy

You may cancel an activity more than 24 hours before its scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations received within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, late arrivals that cannot be accommodated, and no-shows are charged 100% of the booking price and are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling. No cancellation charge will apply where the booking cannot be honoured because of the death or hospitalisation of the person for whose benefit the booking was made, subject to reasonable supporting proof.
